Everyone talks about cloud native operational and business support systems (OSS/BSS), but how many communications service providers (CSPs) are actually using them? While there is consensus that most of the technology supporting their businesses will migrate to the cloud, progress is slow. Even a company like Vodafone Group, which is fully committed to cloud, has only migrated a third of the systems in its UK operating company.
