BT's product modelling scheme

BT has embarked on a radical transformation of its IT estate to increase speed, reduce time to market, improve customer experience and reduce cost. This transformation is underpinned by the use of TM Forum standards which include information models and Open APIs. BT has created a Product Modelling Scheme based on these standards to guide the design and implementation of its strategic IT estate.
