MTN aims for Level 4 automation

MTN Group is one of the largest telcos in Africa and operates in 19 markets. Mohamed Salah, Group Senior Manager, Managed Network Operations at MTN, says the operator has a strategic focus on zero-touch networks and AI operations and its ambition is to reach Level 4 autonomous networks by the end of 2025.
