How AIS customers will benefit from autonomous networks
Wasit Wattanasap, Head of Nationwide Operation & Support Business Unit for AIS, shares progress towards autonomous networks as part of the operator’s digital transformation strategy and journey to become a cognitive techco. AIS aims to achieve level three and level four in the autonomous networks framework by 2025, which will enable it to improve the customer experience, create new services and realize operational efficiencies. The operator has done a huge amount of work around the processes, architectures, and implementation to achieve this goal. In 2023, Wattanasap says customers will feel the benefits as automation and predictive fault detection allows AIS to resolve issues before customers even notice.
