Aria Systems introduces Aria Billie™ AI chatbot: Brendan O'Brien
O’Brien emphasizes the immense value of billing data, which includes customers’ call history, data usage patterns, payment history and more. Aria has developed a two-tier solution to leverage this data: a data service that provides billing data insights and the Billie chatbot, developed in conjunction with AWS, to answer the most common billing inquiries and provide next-best actions. O’Brien also discusses the importance of standards, noting that TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA) enables Aria, a point solution provider, to seamlessly integrate with other ecosystem players through Open APIs.
