Many communications service providers (CSPs) recognize that an opportunity for strong revenue growth lies in providing new services to large enterprises. In the report ‘Enterprise Verticals: Placing the right bets’ we examine which verticals are set to provide the greatest opportunity for CSPs and how they go about being highly competitive players in complex new value chains.
We used a data-driven approach to avoid assumptions about future “hot ticket” verticals and instead focus on the growth of current trends. The report draws on a survey of several hundred decision makers within CSPs to establish where they think the growth opportunities will come from in the next two to three years. It examines the changes that are taking place within CSPs to make them capable of generating new lines of business in highly competitive and sometimes unfamiliar territory. It also takes a close look at the solutions and services that 32 operator groups offer for a variety of verticals.
