Communications service providers (CSPs) are embracing cloud-native technology as they deploy 5G networks and transform from telcos into techcos. For most operators, the first step toward cloud-native autonomous networks and operations is adopting Agile methodologies, then DevOps and GitOps. Each of these practices requires new skill sets.
