The cloudification of applications is booming, in numbers, scale and scope. It’s easy to see why – running applications in the cloud is potentially cheaper, more flexible and makes them more easily interoperable. Yet we haven’t seen widespread adoption of mission-critical, cloud-based business support systems (BSS) by communications service providers. Are we in danger of missing out?
