Leveraging AI for service and value creation

The benefits that AI can bring to the telecoms operator business fall into two categories. First, there are gains that result in productivity and efficiency gains. Secondly, there are benefits that can be categorized as value creation. These result in higher revenues either as a result of growing revenues from legacy services or, on the other hand, selling new services.
