The art of Telenor's telco pivot

In this video, shot as part of TM Forum's Digital Transformation World Series, Ruza Sabanovic, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Telenor shares the company’s core purpose, behaviors and goals, and debates its collaborative ambitions as it moves toward 5G networks. “No [company] is that big that it can deliver on its own. It is very important that we find a way to not only collaborate cross-functionally internally in Telenor, not only within the telco, but [also] across the industry. And that's what we believe that 5G will enable and remove those boundaries for all of us to interact in much more open and much more co-creative ways than before,” she says.
