Leveraging AI end to end to reinvent telcos’ business in a post-digitalization world
“We're in the post-digitization phase,” according to Sally Graves, VP – Senior Industry Principal, Oracle. “It’s really about telco business transformation at this point and inventing the way they do business.”
She highlights that vertical monetization is being extremely important, with modern CSPs
providing packaged services with network applications and assurance. Oracle’s role is helping CSPs deliver to customers by providing “a digital business experience,” with a fully integrated AI-enabled stack, from end to end, supporting concept to order, cash to care, according to Graves.
She notes about 97% of communication service providers (CSPs) are using AI or evaluatingits use in their businesses because it’s foundational to operational transformation and customer experience.
To this end, Oracle’s AI framework results in networks that self-monitor, optimize and heal, boosting uptime, optimizing OpEx and real -time provisioning. Oracle draws on its expertise in helping CSPs manage their data and across platforms to provide a single, integrated view. This approach allows to can make AI a secure, integral part of their business, with reliability and integrity.
