Keys to developing a strong AI strategy

As CSPs start to develop their AI strategies their success will depend on factors such as how strong their systems integration capabilities are in order to leverage LLMs and how they work with partners to create value. Shashi Bhagavathula, Telco Consulting Leader, Cognizant, outlines some of the keys to success: having a central AI function within technology functions; having healthy data pipelines that feed into LLMs; and how to build AI ecosystems (including getting the right talent and developing skills). He says CSPs need a mindset shift to be able to fail fast and learn from it, and they need to fully embrace partnerships and collaboration to develop AI ecosystems.
