Indosat Ooredoo Hutchinson (IOH) has big ambitions to change how it serves the Indonesian consumer and enterprise markets, and is investing in new systems to ensure success, as Vikram Sinha, President Director & CEO, details in a conversation with George Glass CTO, TM Forum and Per Narvinger, Senior Vice President Business Area Cloud Software and Services, Ericsson.
In particular, Sinha explores IOH’s deployment of a full stack digital monetization platform (DMP), and how it is supporting the company’s ambitions to grow ARPU and develop a flexible partner ecosystem. Sinha also discusses some of the challenges and successes of the project, which included the smooth migration of 83 million subscribers to the new platform in just over 18 days.
