Rose explains the leadership challenges communications service providers (CSPs) are facing as they adopt strategies that put generative AI (GenAI) and other forms of the technology front and center. These include addressing governance; deciding whether to “buy, build or borrow” AI models; and determining whether to use large language models or move towards smaller, domain-specific models.
