How Proximus plans to use GenAI

Antonietta Mastroianni, Chief Digital and IT Officer at Proximus, says the operator has big ambitions for Generative AI (GenAI) and has started to evaluate uses cases for internal purposes as well as for customer-facing applications. Some early examples include integrating GenAI with its digital assistant for customer service support and leveraging the AI to help developers to write code.
