Empower employees to immerse themselves in inclusivity
“Training, creating environments where people can speak, and then taking small initiatives is what we are doing in terms of how we go about it. There's no one big, giant initiative and we don't believe - I don't believe - that we should go big [and] corporate. We have a hundred thousand employees; it cannot come top down. The top has to believe in it, it has to be cold, gut value, but it's going to only be pervasive if everybody in the organization has the flexibility to come up with ideas, come up with programmes and be aware of it.”
