Aria’s recreated platform shows agentic AI in action: Brendan O'Brien
Over the last year Aria Systems has been helping strategic partners Salesforce and ServiceNow expand their library of agents. Brendan O'Brien, Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder of Aria Systems outlines how the agents are developed in the partners’ own environments, leveraging billing data and functionality from the totally rebuilt ARIA Allegro platform which made its debut at the event.
He notes the recreated AI-native engine for mediation, rating and charging is probably the single biggest ever upgrade to the platform, carried out by “a crack ninja squad…[we] gave them all the tools…to build it from the ground up”. The platform was integral to the award-winning Catalyst project, Agentic ODA [Open Digital Architecture] for proactive customer experiences, demonstrated at the event.
