Future BSS: CSP requirements in B2B and B2C markets

As communications service providers (CSPs) modernize business support systems they are looking for new capabilities to support new requirements. As a part of our new research assessing BSS requirements, we are exploring the status of cloud migration, future investment requirements and the benefits of using new capabilities such as low-code software development.
