As a fraud management professional, we would like to invite you to answer the second edition of our Fraud Management Survey.

We are asking your organization to respond to this survey to help us better understand how telecommunications fraud is evolving, as well as practices used to mitigate and prevent fraud risk and to improve fraud management performance.  By understanding the industry challenges we will be able to better define an agenda and priorities for the best practices created by the TM Forum Fraud Management Group.

The survey is open until 30 September 2014. We look forward to a strong participation in this Service Provider-driven initiative. Details are as follows:

  • Fraud Management departments of service providers of all kinds from all over the world are encouraged to participate in this free and anonymous survey
  • The survey is open to members and non-members of TM Forum
  • For each service provider or operating company only one questionnaire needs to be filled in.
